Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Legion Repacks on WhatNot, you agree to these terms in full. Legion Repacks products are Professionally Sealed Surprise Products sold in accordance with WhatNot's Surprise Product Policy.
1. About Legion Repacks
Legion Repacks is a sports card repack manufacturer operating on the WhatNot platform. We design, curate, and seal mystery repacks containing sports trading cards sourced from licensed hobby releases. Each Legion Repacks product is a Professionally Sealed Surprise Product manufactured and sealed by us.
All sales take place via the WhatNot platform. By purchasing from our shows, you also agree to WhatNot's own Terms of Service. Legion Repacks is listed on WhatNot's Identified Product List as an approved Professionally Sealed Surprise Product manufacturer.
2. What Is a Series?
Each Legion Repacks product belongs to a named Series. A Series is a final, sealed, tamper-proof, complete set of Professionally Sealed Surprise Products created from a fixed and specific branded collection of individual cards.
- A Series may consist of a single sealed repack or multiple repacks within the same branded release.
- Once a Series is created and finalised, the number of products and the specific individual items within it cannot be changed. Any additional products created from different items constitute a new, separate Series.
- The Legion Repacks brand name appears clearly on every product.
- Series intended for sale across multiple shows are clearly distinguished from single-show Series on the product itself.
3. Series Checklists
In accordance with WhatNot's Surprise Product Policy, Legion Repacks publishes a publicly accessible checklist for every Series we manufacture. Checklists are published at nmanolisbreaks.uk/checklists and remain hosted there on an ongoing basis.
Each checklist includes the following information:
- Brand / Manufacturer: Legion Repacks
- Title of Product: the specific repack product name
- Series Name: the named Series this product belongs to
- Condition: the stated condition of cards included
- Quantity: the exact number of each individual item across the Series
- Key distinguishing features for sports cards — card year, player or card name, variation, and grade (if applicable)
- A statement confirming that, as of the date shown, the named Series has been finalised and the number of Professionally Sealed Surprise Products and individual items within it will not be changed
Checklists do not include any reference to market value, floor prices, ceiling prices, average sale prices, or value comparisons. MSRP may be referenced where applicable.
4. Surprise Product — Risk Disclosure
All Legion Repacks products are sold as Professionally Sealed Surprise Products. The specific cards contained in your sealed repack are not known to you until the product is opened. This is the nature of surprise product and forms part of the collecting experience.
- There is no guarantee of receiving any specific card, player, variation, or grade.
- By purchasing, you accept the element of chance inherent in all sealed surprise product.
- Repacks are not financial instruments. Past show reveals are not indicative of future results.
5. All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Legion Repacks are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the cards received
- Receiving a card different from what you hoped for
- Change of mind after purchase
- Duplication of cards already in your collection
Exceptions apply only where required by applicable consumer protection law, or in the event of a verified fulfilment error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped, product not matching its published checklist).
6. Authenticity & Card Sourcing
We source all cards exclusively from reputable hobby channels, authorised distributors, and verified hobby sellers. All cards included in Legion Repacks products are genuine trading cards from licensed manufacturers including, but not limited to, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, and Prizm. We do not knowingly include counterfeit, altered, or tampered cards.
Where autographed cards or authenticated memorabilia are included, this will be noted in the Series checklist.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) during live shows on WhatNot. Prices may vary by Series and show tier. Payment is processed securely through WhatNot's platform — we do not collect or store payment information directly. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices that apply to that transaction.
8. Shipping & Delivery
All products are dispatched following the conclusion of each live show. We aim to ship within [X] business days of show completion. All shipments include tracking.
- Products are securely packaged in protective sleeves, top loaders, and appropriate outer packaging.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout on WhatNot.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties — the buyer is responsible for any import fees.
- We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services once items have been dispatched.
- For lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
9. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Legion Repacks. By making a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement. Purchases made on behalf of minors are not permitted.
10. Show Conduct
Legion Repacks operates on WhatNot in accordance with WhatNot's community standards. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour during our live shows.
All reveals are conducted honestly and in full view of the live audience. There is no pre-selection or swapping of products based on individual buyers.
11. Limitation of Liability
Legion Repacks' liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that purchase. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from any purchase. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, and content associated with Legion Repacks are our intellectual property. Trading card images and manufacturer marks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during purchases is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your personal data beyond what is required to process and deliver your purchase. Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued purchases following any update constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
